Intelycare is a technology company that recently relocated their headquarters and expanded their footprint to 50,000 SF over two full floors. The construction was handled in a phased approach to allow for partial occupancy when the first floor of construction was completed.

The project consisted of complete demo of the existing space and a full renovation including two kitchens, 500 workstations, lounge areas, recording studio, private offices, conference rooms, huddle rooms, wellness room and all gender bathroom.
