Leasing & Due Diligence Services
We work with the client and brokerage teams as early on in the process as possible to provide comprehensive due diligence & lease review services. We use the information gathered during this stage to compile early stage schedules and budgets to assist our clients in their decision making process.
Vendor Management
At CPM we view the management and coordination of the specialty vendors & consultants as a key success factor to the project. In order for a project to succeed we need to ensure that the scope of these vendors (IT, AV, Security, etc.) is properly coordinated and integrated into the overall design so that your space functions as designed on day one.
Design and Construction Management
We work diligently to find the right team for each client. It is our top priority to facilitate a collaborative relationship between design and construction services to ensure our projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Project Closeout
We believe the proper closeout process is key to the success of all of our projects. We manage the entire team to ensure that all contractual obligations are met, providing our clients with a smooth transition into their new space.
