At CPM, managing relationships is just as crucial as managing projects. Our team of seasoned professionals boasts diverse backgrounds in architecture, design, construction, and project management. Combined, the CPM team has over 50 years of industry experience, allowing us to understand every aspect of the project process, from real estate acquisition, architectural design, and engineering to general contracting. At CPM we believe that open lines of communication are key to a successful project. We value constructive feedback and open communications on all of our projects. We strive to expand our knowledge, and always look to improve our project management process, learning from our clients and partners. Chris Currie
President & Founder
As President & Founder of Currie Project Management, Chris created his company with one mission: build relationships by exceeding expectations, one project at a time. He believes that high-touch responsiveness throughout the entire process creates successful projects and return clients.
With over 15 years of experience in the commercial and corporate project management sector, Chris has worked in roles ranging from site superintendent and project manager at high powered General Contractors to Director at a national OPM firm. His extensive experience in all phases of the development process has provided him with superior planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overall team management skills.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Haven; holds a Construction Supervisors License as well as OSHA 30 certified and LEED accredited. Chris is actively involved in many industry groups, including roles with CoreNet New England.

Elizabeth Spatola
Director
Elizabeth Spatola has worked in the design industry for 10 years where she has led teams globally in workplace design and lab planning. Since joining CPM she has had executive oversight on projects for multiple battery development companies, a renewable energy company, and multiple robotics companies. Elizabeth enjoys the collaborative process of projects and strives to guide teams in creating work environments that focus on a client’s goals and drivers, while ensuring everyone is engaged, motivated, and excited about the project success.
Elizabeth earned her BA in Communication from Boston College, and her MA in Interior Architecture from Boston Architectural College. She currently volunteers for Big Brother Big Sister in the Mentor 2.0 program to guide students in their post high school path.

Derek Sullivan
Senior Project Manager
Derek Sullivan is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology and has worked in the AEC industry for 13 years in the Seattle, WA, Chicago, IL and Boston, MA markets. Most recently, Derek was a Project Manager for CBRE managing Corporate Interiors and Life Science projects.
Derek’s leadership is very much a team approach. He quickly discerns his teams’ strengths and is able to effectively manage complex issues, tight budgets, and quick schedules by diving headfirst into the details and managing his team through mindful delegation.
Derek holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth and a Masters in Executive Management in Design and Construction from Northwestern University. Derek is also a WELL AP.

Kristine Dudley
Project Manager
Kristine Dudley recently joined CPM as a Project Manager having worked in the design industry for 18 years. With her previous experience at architectural firms she brings a unique perspective and insight to the table. Kristine has worked on a wide variety of project types throughout her career, with a strong focus with the Life Science Market. While leading the design and planning of her projects she encourages a collaborative process amongst all the project team members to deliver successful projects. The combination of her forward-thinking mindset and experience in design, quality control and attention to detail creates a holistic approach to each project.

Jose Belliard Calderon
Project Manager
Jose Belliard brings over five years of experience in general contracting in Boston’s real estate sector. With a Master’s in Architecture and a Bachelor’s in Building and Construction Technology, Jose has worked on many wellness, tech, and corporate interior projects. He brings a hands-on approach, combining technical precision with project coordination skills. Jose is passionate about using his architecture and built environment expertise to help clients and design teams navigate the construction process effectively, ensuring project milestones are met with quality and client satisfaction at the forefront.

Harry McDonough
Assistant Project Manager
Harry McDonough has been with CPM for 3 years and supports the team as Assistant Project Manager in day-to-day project management operations. With his previous experience at a high-powered building owner, and with the years he has spent at CPM Harry applies his knowledge of the construction industry to his role. Harry has worked on wide variety of project types and continues to broaden his construction knowledge in robotics, retail health & wellness, corporate interiors, and electronics manufacturing. He enjoys working with the client direct vendors to fit their roles and responsibilities into the construction schedule as seamlessly as possible.
Harry is a graduate of Northeastern University, with a degree in International Affairs, and has also recently completed the CoreNet course in Construction Management. In his free time Harry enjoys downhill skiing and sailing.

Nicole McKinnon
Project Manager
Nicole McKinnon recently joined Currie Project Management as a Project Manager, bringing over 17 years of experience in the design industry. Throughout her career, she has successfully led and delivered complex projects across a range of sectors, including corporate interiors, workplace design, mixed-use developments, life sciences, and higher education. With a background as both a designer and project manager, Nicole offers a unique combination of leadership, technical knowledge, and strategic planning. She is deeply committed to aligning project outcomes with client goals, and her collaborative approach emphasizes clear communication and creative problem-solving to achieve exceptional results. Nicole holds a BFA in Design from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a certified NCIDQ professional.
